Templer's Park

There must be some reasons that one wants to look for a waterfall. For those who are not regulars in outings, having seen the swimming pool and knowing that there is a safe trail, what are you waiting for?  My description should be good enough to spark off the adventure spirit. You will be doing what the regulars called "Recce"

But I am sure many of you have come to this page expecting to see how this waterfall place is like. Then more information about the conditions of the track to prepare your next outings.

Though visitors are not encouraged to mooch around this water catchments area, the ruling is not that clear.

Fancy looking bridges across the stream could only signifies that the Government is encouraging. The tracks were very clear and well used. the place again, not seen been maintained but very clean. You can see the quality of the water from this image.

This is a glimpse of the shallow pool at the base of the waterfall. Could be even less than half a meter deep! But in the background, the clearing for the campsite.

Though there is another picture posted by me on the net, here is another picture just for this page.

There were a couple of shed with benches but the facilities and the conditions is nothing to shout about. The sheds could come in handy when the sky decides to pour and if the crowd seeking shelter is not too large.

Richard forever - he is the one to safe the day. Here you can see him tidying up our rubbish to be taken out of this area. Beside this main Waterfall, there are other Waterfalls. Another one is where the water from the swimming discharges

It is the river dropping into a steep cascade. Overshadowed by the swimming pool and hidden in the ravine by thick foliages, most people don't even give it a second look.

In another destination where there is no Waterfall, I am sure drop like this one is highly regarded. Now another shot of the same waterfall from the front. I have mentioned in the earlier page for the park, there is one more waterfall, beautiful fall, single vertical drop after the water collection pool. It is very deep inside a  gorge and too dark to photograph.
